Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and enforce IT compliance policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct periodic compliance audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses
- Implement and maintain IT security controls and governance frameworks
- Document compliance procedures, policies, and audit findings
- Collaborate with IT teams to embed compliance requirements into system designs
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Stay updated on industry regulations and emerging compliance trends
- Coordinate with external auditors during certification processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT compliance, security, or auditing
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and compliance tools
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certifications (CISA, CISSP, CIPP) highly desirable
- Experience with IT governance frameworks and policy development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
