As our IT Compliance Officer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Legal, and Operations to develop and maintain a robust compliance framework. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT compliance policies, standards, and procedures aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
- Conduct regular IT general controls (ITGC) and application controls audits to identify gaps and recommend remediation plans.
- Monitor and interpret emerging legal and regulatory changes (e.g., BSP, NPC, GDPR, SOX) and assess their impact on IT operations.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external IT audit engagements, managing deliverables and tracking findings to closure.
- Perform detailed risk assessments on IT systems, third-party vendors, and business processes.
- Provide expert advisory and training to staff on compliance matters, data privacy, and security best practices.
- Prepare and present high-quality compliance reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of business continuity plans (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) procedures from a compliance standpoint.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional experience in IT compliance, audit, or risk management (minimum 3+ years for Officer level).
- Strong working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, COBIT, and PCI DSS.
- Relevant certifications are highly advantageous: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer.
- In-depth understanding of data privacy laws, particularly the Philippine Data Privacy Act and GDPR.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and collaborative environment.
