Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end compliance preparations including documentation, audit logistics, and evidence gathering
- Design, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and general controls
- Conduct regular compliance assessments and gap analysis against regulatory frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to compliance requirements
- Develop comprehensive compliance documentation and reporting materials
- Monitor industry regulatory changes and update compliance measures accordingly
- Facilitate compliance training programs for IT staff and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT compliance, risk management, or internal audit
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
- Proficiency in developing IT policies, procedures, and control documentation
- Experience with compliance audit preparation and execution
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder engagement
- Certifications (CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) preferred
