NYGC Services, Inc. is looking for an experienced IT Consultant specializing in Quality Management (QM) Applications to join our high-performing team in Taguig City. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between technical infrastructure and business quality objectives, ensuring our application lifecycle management is optimized for maximum efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of Quality Management (QM) applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards.
- Manage full-cycle IT projects, from requirement gathering and design to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Develop and enforce best practices for application architecture, configuration, and data integrity.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance analysis to identify areas for technical and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve complex integration issues and ensure seamless system operation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and support staff.
- Document project lifecycles, functional specifications, and technical workflows for compliance and knowledge management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8 years of comprehensive IT industry experience.
- At least 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle IT project management, specifically in QM or enterprise application environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical background with expertise in application development life cycles (SDLC/Agile/DevOps).
- Proficiency in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into robust technical solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies and compliance standards (ISO, GxP, etc.) within an IT context.
