NYGC Services, Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant QM & ESH Applications to join our growing team in Taguig and Makati. In this hybrid role, you will act as a key bridge between our technical infrastructure and operational requirements, ensuring our QM and ESH systems deliver maximum value.
As an IT Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-life cycle management of critical applications, from initial requirements gathering and system configuration to user training and ongoing support. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and maintain QM and ESH application modules in alignment with organizational standards.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for end-users regarding system functionality and data entry.
- Conduct system requirements analysis and gap assessments to recommend software improvements.
- Train employees on new features, updates, and best practices for QM and ESH software usage.
- Monitor system performance, analyze user feedback, and implement necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal quality assurance protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QM and ESH applications with broader IT ecosystems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT consulting, specifically within Quality Management (QM) or ESH environments.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and database management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train diverse user groups.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment (Taguig/Makati).
- Experience with workflow automation and document management systems is highly preferred.
