Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and security best practices.
- Define comprehensive project scopes, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements, developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, including security engineers, IT operations, and external vendors, to achieve project milestones efficiently.
- Ensure all cybersecurity projects adhere strictly to industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), internal security policies, and relevant regulatory compliance mandates.
- Facilitate effective and transparent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and potential challenges.
- Oversee the procurement, deployment, and seamless integration of new cybersecurity technologies and solutions.
- Conduct thorough post-project reviews and 'lessons learned' sessions to drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in IT project management, with a significant and demonstrable focus on cybersecurity initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex cybersecurity projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and utilizing industry-standard project management tools.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), threat landscapes, and various security technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Ability to analyze complex situations, identify potential risks, and develop pragmatic, effective solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
