Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of organizational databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal protocols.
- Execute daily data entry, migration, and cleansing tasks to support departmental requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement data management policies and standardized operating procedures.
- Generate and distribute routine data reports to stakeholders, providing insights into system performance and retail trends.
- Support the administration of enterprise systems, including monitoring system health and user access management.
- Participate in IT projects related to data architecture upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in data management, database administration, or IT operations.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate technical findings to non-technical staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
