Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust system integrations.
- Develop and manage real-time dashboards to monitor system performance and data flow metrics.
- Perform comprehensive data mapping, cleansing, and validation to support business operations.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in data pipelines to improve overall system efficiency.
- Document technical processes, workflows, and integration standards for internal knowledge sharing.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of proven experience in data migration, ETL processes, or systems integration.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) for dashboard development.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of API integrations, middleware, and cloud data platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
