Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage IT operations, ensuring high availability and performance of IT services
- Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions to streamline IT processes and improve efficiency
- Oversee service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Manage incident management processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal service disruption
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT delivery with business objectives
- Mentor and develop IT staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Stay current with emerging AI and automation technologies and identify opportunities for implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or delivery leadership
- Proven experience with AI and automation technologies, preferably in an IT service environment
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management
- Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
