Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktop computers and laptops
- Perform preventive maintenance and regular system updates to ensure optimal performance
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist with network infrastructure support
- Respond to IT support tickets and provide timely resolution to end-users
- Maintain accurate records of all IT repairs, installations, and equipment inventory
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex technical issues and system upgrades
- Support users with software training and technical guidance as needed
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or technical certification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or IT troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with hardware diagnostics, repair, and component replacement
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent is a plus
