Tanggung Jawab
- Perform continuous server monitoring to ensure high availability and optimal system uptime.
- Analyze and monitor CPU utilization, memory, and disk space across internal server environments.
- Generate comprehensive technical reports regarding system performance and infrastructure health for management.
- Manage and monitor bandwidth allocation and performance for International Private Lines (IPLs).
- Provide tier-2/3 desktop support to resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve complex network and connectivity bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a Desktop Engineering or Systems Administrator role.
- Strong understanding of server monitoring tools and performance metrics.
- Experience with network monitoring and bandwidth management (IPLs/WAN).
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent requests with a proactive mindset.
- Flexible to work on shifting schedules to support 24/7 business operations.
