As an ideal candidate, you possess a strong technical troubleshooting foundation combined with excellent communication skills. You understand the critical nature of network stability in a global BPO setup and are prepared to proactively resolve hardware, software, and network bottlenecks before they impact operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor server health daily, tracking key performance metrics including system uptime, memory usage, and CPU utilization.
- Proactively monitor bandwidth on all International Private Leased Circuits (IPLs) to prevent network congestion and ensure seamless connectivity.
- Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly system reports detailing IT infrastructure performance and incident logs.
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support for desktop environments, hardware setups, software installations, and OS configurations.
- Troubleshoot local network connectivity issues, including VPN, LAN/WAN, and domain access.
- Collaborate with global network and system administrators to deploy critical security updates and software patches.
- Maintain inventory accuracy for all IT assets, peripheral devices, and hardware configurations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of solid experience in IT desktop support, network administration, or systems engineering.
- Hands-on experience with server and network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios).
- Good understanding of network concepts including bandwidth allocation, IPL management, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and Office 365 administration.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to report technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Amenable to working on rotating shifts and able to start immediately.
