Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Diagnose and resolve system issues including OS, network connectivity, and application errors
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems across Windows and Mac OS environments
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and asset inventory in IT management systems
- Collaborate with network and security teams on system updates and vulnerability patches
- Deliver user training on new software implementations and best practices
- Manage service request tickets with SLA adherence and user satisfaction focus
- Support mobile device management and remote access solutions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Mac OS environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing) is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, or Apple ACSP certification desirable
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools
