Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-line technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues including OS, network connectivity, and application errors
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems across Windows and Mac OS environments
  • Document technical procedures, solutions, and asset inventory in IT management systems
  • Collaborate with network and security teams on system updates and vulnerability patches
  • Deliver user training on new software implementations and best practices
  • Manage service request tickets with SLA adherence and user satisfaction focus
  • Support mobile device management and remote access solutions

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or helpdesk roles
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and Mac OS environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing) is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, or Apple ACSP certification desirable
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools
