As a Desktop Support Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for all IT-related challenges faced by our healthcare professionals. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure computer systems, and provide technical support to ensure our medical staff can focus on what matters most - patient care. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide timely technical support to hospital staff for all IT-related issues including hardware, software, and network problems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for critical healthcare operations
- Assist with software updates, patches, and security implementations across hospital systems
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Train hospital staff on proper use of IT systems and equipment to prevent common technical issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical problems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT desktop support or helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues and printer configurations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose technical issues efficiently
- Strong communication skills with ability to provide clear instructions to non-technical users
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar are advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment
