Tanggung Jawab
- Provide remote desktop support to EMEA clients during business hours
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software components
- Monitor network performance using CCNA/CCNP methodologies
- Document technical issues and maintain accurate knowledge base
- Implement security protocols and access controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams
- Train end-users on system usage and best practices
Kualifikasi
- CCNA and CCNP certifications required
- 3+ years in desktop/network support
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS environments
- Strong EMEA timezone flexibility
- Excellent written/spoken English communication
- Experience with remote support tools
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science
