In this position, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for hospital staff, assisting them with a wide range of IT-related challenges. Your key responsibility will be to ensure that end users receive timely and effective support whenever they encounter hardware, software, or network issues. This is a fantastic chance for fresh graduates or those transitioning into IT to gain practical experience in a professional healthcare environment while working alongside experienced engineers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide tier 1 technical support to hospital staff via phone, email, or on-site visits.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions, software conflicts, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and local security settings.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in accordance with service level agreements.
- Perform routine system updates, patch management, and hardware maintenance.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in Information & Communication Technology and a desire to learn new technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to undergo On-the-Job Training to enhance technical proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and professional hospital environment.
