Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of corporate software applications and OS updates.
- Document all technical support requests and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Coordinate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular inventory checks for IT assets and equipment.
- Provide basic on-site support to users across various office locations.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Entry-level candidates or those with 1-2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with end-users effectively.
- Proficiency in Windows OS environment and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
