Tanggung Jawab
- Provide hands-on technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to desktop applications and operating systems
- Support users with account management, password resets, and access permissions
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing
- Assist in network setup, configuration, and basic maintenance tasks
- Participate in IT projects and system upgrades as needed
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with desktop applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
