Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of internal IT systems and software solutions to support business operations.
- Analyze, diagnose, and consolidate problems encountered on IT systems, providing effective and timely resolutions.
- Participate in planning and recommending new hardware, software, and network technologies to improve company operations.
- Support the maintenance and administration of databases, servers, and other critical IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and test new software applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or PHP) and web development frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and basic SQL queries.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and system administration fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in an IT support or development role is a plus.
