Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data services strategy aligned with organizational objectives and long-term growth.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Oversee data architecture, governance, and security protocols to ensure compliance, data integrity, and system resilience.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to optimize technology solutions and reduce costs.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for data services, infrastructure, and IT operations.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging modern data technologies and cloud platforms.
- Ensure budget management and resource allocation for all data-related projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or directorial role.
- Proven experience in data architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and big data technologies.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP or ITIL certification is highly desirable.
- Experience managing large-scale data migration and integration projects.
