- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for software application initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for special projects aligned with business goals
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party integrations for complex software solutions
- Drive digital transformation by implementing cutting-edge technologies in retail operations
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT project management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record managing complex software application development projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Strong background in retail or e-commerce technology environments
- Vendor management experience and contract negotiation skills
- Excellent communication abilities with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- PMP or equivalent certification highly desirable
