Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and security patching to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of servers, workstations, and peripheral equipment.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and provide administrative support for internal systems.
- Monitor network connectivity and resolve infrastructure-related bottlenecks promptly.
- Document technical procedures, FAQs, and incident resolutions for internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and peripheral configuration.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified) are highly advantageous.
