We are thrilled to announce a significant expansion in our operations! Private Advertiser is opening a new 24/7 Operations hub in Malaysia, serving as our main Asian delivery centre. We are seeking a dedicated IT Engineer to join our growing team and ensure the seamless functioning of our technical infrastructure.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our digital backbone. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues to end-users.
- Monitor system performance and ensure 24/7 operational stability for the hub.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect company data and assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and solutions.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT engineering or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in network configuration, troubleshooting, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow) is a plus.
