Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT systems, from initial setup and configuration to maintenance and decommissioning.
- Ensure optimum system uptime and performance through proactive monitoring and rapid incident resolution.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users and departmental teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software upgrades, ensuring compatibility and alignment with company standards.
- Implement and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery protocols to protect critical business data.
- Assist in the deployment of new software applications and hardware infrastructure projects.
- Document technical processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides to enhance team knowledge sharing.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and optimization opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in an IT infrastructure or system support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and firewalls.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on system security and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
