Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure high availability
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Support end-users with technical issues and provide training on new technologies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize IT systems for performance and scalability
- Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and system updates
- Document configurations, processes, and procedures for IT operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure engineering
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, and VMware
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, MCSA) are a plus
