Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and peripheral equipment to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Proactively monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings in alignment with company policies.
- Oversee regular data backups and implement disaster recovery procedures to safeguard company information.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and training to internal staff, ensuring high levels of technical literacy across the team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure, assets, system configurations, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with the global IT team to implement system upgrades and support large-scale technology projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in an IT Support, System Administration, or IT Engineering role.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and server-side management.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Firewalls.
- Experience with virtualization tools and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
