Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain company servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
- Oversee MES/SAP systems, including installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting
- Handle CCTV systems, including installation, maintenance, and monitoring for security purposes
- Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly
- Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect company data and systems
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations for reference and training
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of server administration, network configuration, and maintenance
- Experience with MES/SAP systems and CCTV infrastructure
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware and software issues
- Good understanding of IT security principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively support users and collaborate with team members
- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are advantageous
