Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage and respond to support tickets within defined SLA timelines.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop environments and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and security issues.
- Educate end-users on best practices for system usage and security.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level engineering teams promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT technical support or Help Desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
