Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across hardware/software platforms
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to internal stakeholders
- Implement and document IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage system updates, patches, and version control
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance
- Conduct regular system audits and performance optimization
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support or system administration experience
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and networking protocols
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven problem-solving with minimal supervision
