Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance procedures
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across enterprise systems
- Deploy and maintain security protocols to protect organizational data and systems
- Document IT processes, configurations, and incident reports
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders for system upgrades
- Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency in network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure, etc.) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
