Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud systems
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement preventative measures
- Manage system updates, patches, and security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Provide technical support and training to end-users across the organization
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and incident reports for knowledge management
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to evaluate and implement new technologies
- Optimize IT operations through automation and process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management and system administration
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux distributions) and enterprise applications
- Industry certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Effective communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
