Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain enterprise application systems to ensure 99.9% uptime and performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user access rights, permissions, and security protocols in accordance with company policy.
- Implement and maintain ITIL-based service management workflows to streamline incident resolution.
- Conduct regular system audits, backups, and security patches to protect corporate data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new software solutions and enterprise tools.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides for internal knowledge bases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT system administration or technical support roles.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT service management principles.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level application systems and user access controls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; professional proficiency is a requirement.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural office environment; Japanese language proficiency is considered a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system maintenance and security.
