As an IT Engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex technical systems and end-user productivity. You will not only be responsible for day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of our servers and networks but also have the opportunity to lead and participate in exciting digital transformation projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Provide tier-2 technical support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system performance and network connectivity to ensure high availability and reliability for business-critical applications.
- Implement and manage robust cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus protocols, and disaster recovery planning.
- Lead or assist in IT-related projects, such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, and network expansions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement, servicing, and license management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Network Operations.
- Solid understanding of Windows/Linux server environments, active directory, and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Hands-on experience with network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and data backup/recovery methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
