Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of user workstations and printers.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist in resolving service tickets efficiently.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and software licenses.
- Support daily IT operations and collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects.
- Monitor system performance logs and report technical anomalies to the IT team.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer architecture, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
