Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively maintain and troubleshoot IDC server environments and network infrastructure
- Implement network security protocols and monitor system health to prevent downtime
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware and software systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize network performance and resource allocation
- Document network configurations, incidents, and resolution procedures
- Execute system upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management activities
- Provide technical guidance during system outages and emergency situations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations and network administration
- Proficiency with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Hands-on experience with server hardware (Dell, HP) and virtualization platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills across network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a contract role
