- Design, implement, and maintain Lark Systems automation frameworks
- Develop and optimize IT infrastructure for scalability and performance
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement robust solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation strategies with business goals
- Monitor system health and implement proactive maintenance protocols
- Document technical specifications and create operational manuals
- Evaluate emerging automation technologies for potential integration
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and automation systems
- Proficiency in Lark Systems platform implementation and management
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cloud services, and DevOps practices
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Certifications in ITIL, AWS, or Azure preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
