- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure for construction sites and corporate offices
- Lead IT teams in deploying technology solutions tailored to construction project requirements
- Oversee network security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate with construction teams to integrate IT systems with operational workflows
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware procurement and technical support services
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies for critical IT assets
- Monitor system performance and optimize network efficiency across multiple project sites
- Prepare technical documentation and provide training to end-users on new IT systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering field
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering with 2+ years in leadership roles
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent network administration credentials
- Proven experience implementing IT solutions in construction or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, firewall configuration, and network protocols
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
