As an IT Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our operational infrastructure, ensuring system uptime, and providing technical support to our diverse user base. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the company’s internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices.
- Provide prompt and efficient technical support for hardware and software issues to onsite personnel.
- Implement and monitor system security protocols to protect company data and intellectual property.
- Manage system backups, data recovery processes, and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with regional IT teams to implement global IT initiatives and infrastructure upgrades.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all IT systems, workflows, and configurations.
- Support the deployment of new software applications and hardware upgrades across the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Firewall).
- Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing software is considered a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based in Pontian, Johor.
