Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points to ensure 99.9% uptime.
  • Provide comprehensive L1/L2 technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Perform routine system health checks, patch management, and security updates across enterprise systems.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols in Active Directory and O365 environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new IT projects and technology upgrades.
  • Document technical processes, troubleshooting guides, and infrastructure configurations for knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and ISPs to resolve escalated hardware or service disruptions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in network administration or IT service desk support.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN configurations.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and enterprise hardware.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and root-cause identification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are highly desirable.
