Tanggung Jawab
- Provide end-to-end technical support for retail POS systems, inventory management platforms, and payment gateways
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and peripherals across retail locations
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues with minimal disruption to retail operations
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Collaborate with vendors for system upgrades, patch management, and hardware replacements
- Document IT processes, create technical documentation, and conduct staff training sessions
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring and preventative maintenance
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across retail environments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support with retail industry exposure
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Experience with retail-specific technologies (POS systems, inventory management)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical staff
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
