Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive security frameworks to protect enterprise data and infrastructure.
- Lead periodic IT governance audits and ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance.
- Manage security incident response plans, providing rapid identification and remediation of potential threats.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to proactively identify system weaknesses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the full software development and infrastructure lifecycle.
- Monitor and manage security infrastructure including firewalls, SIEM tools, and identity management systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance organizational cybersecurity awareness among staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT security, network administration, or IT governance roles.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls.
- Proven technical proficiency in managing firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security, and cloud security architecture (Azure/AWS).
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or CEH are highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex security requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
