Join Serviceone Limited as an IT Engineer/Senior Engineer and drive excellence in retail IT operations. This secondment opportunity offers a 1-year renewable contract where you'll be pivotal in maintaining seamless technology infrastructure for dynamic retail environments. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and retail systems
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for retail POS, inventory, and e-commerce platforms
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor system vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical escalations
- Document IT processes, procedures, and incident reports
- Deploy and upgrade software/hardware solutions across retail locations
- Monitor system performance and optimize operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of IT support experience in retail or e-commerce environments
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications preferred
- Experience with retail-specific systems (POS, ERP, inventory management)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
