Technology Elite, Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Engineer (Triage & Response) to join our dynamic team in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. In this hybrid role, you'll be at the forefront of our IT operations, responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to system alerts and incidents.
As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you'll work with cutting-edge monitoring and alerting platforms to ensure optimal system performance. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying potential issues before they impact business operations, implementing effective solutions, and documenting all procedures for future reference.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze alerts from monitoring platforms, dashboards, and service management tools
- Triage and respond to IT incidents, tickets, and system events in real-time
- Implement effective solutions to resolve technical issues and minimize system downtime
- Document all procedures, resolutions, and knowledge base articles for future reference
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations
- Identify and recommend improvements to monitoring systems and response procedures
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or engineering roles
- Proficiency with monitoring and alerting platforms (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
- Experience with service management tools and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, security best practices, and system administration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
