Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain the comprehensive enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Define and enforce technical standards, governance frameworks, and architectural best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic goals into scalable technical solutions and architecture blueprints.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of new technologies and platforms to drive innovation.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to project teams to ensure compliance and quality.
- Design robust, secure, and cost-effective solutions for cloud migration, microservices, and API ecosystems.
- Manage technology risks, ensuring our architecture adheres to regulatory requirements and cybersecurity standards.
- Mentor senior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in IT, with at least 3-5 years in a dedicated Enterprise Architect or similar strategic technical role.
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid cloud architecture.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, including trading platforms, risk management systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent understanding of modern application architectures including microservices, event-driven design, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the C-level.
- Proven ability to balance long-term strategic vision with practical, short-term delivery needs in a fast-paced environment.
