Dito Telecommunity Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT ERP Analysis & Functional Support professional to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a key member of our Information & Communication Technology division, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our enterprise resource planning systems to drive business efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the organization.

You will analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose robust system solutions that enhance productivity and data-driven decision-making.
You will be responsible for providing top-tier functional and technical support to end-users across the organization, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring minimal system downtime. This role demands a proactive approach to system maintenance, including configuration, rigorous testing, and comprehensive documentation of new functionalities. You will lead training sessions to empower users, manage system upgrades, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on integration projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of ERP system enhancements and new functionalities to meet evolving business requirements.
- Provide high-level functional and technical support for core ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or Project Systems).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and recommend best-fit solutions.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and create training materials to empower employees and maximize system adoption.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT teams for system upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ERP system analysis, functional support, or implementation.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and business processes.
- Proven experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a definite advantage.
- Project management experience and relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are highly desirable.
