Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to internal staff, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Manage and maintain company hardware, software, and network infrastructure, including servers and endpoints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives and process automation projects.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for system maintenance, installations, and technical upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and generate accurate technical reports for management review.
- Administer user accounts, security permissions, and data backup routines to ensure organizational compliance.
- Assist in the procurement and asset management of IT equipment and software licenses.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an IT Support or Systems Administration role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/VPN).
- Familiarity with server management and basic cybersecurity best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on process efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical issues for non-technical users.
