Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure management including servers, networks, cloud systems, and security protocols
- Develop and implement robust cybersecurity frameworks to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead IT system lifecycle management including planning, procurement, implementation, and decommissioning
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues across the organization
- Collaborate with department heads to align IT strategies with business objectives and growth plans
- Manage IT vendors, service level agreements, and budget optimization for technology resources
- Document IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Monitor system performance and proactively implement upgrades to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive IT management experience with end-to-end systems responsibility
- Strong expertise in network administration, cybersecurity protocols, and cloud infrastructure
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Proven track record in IT budget management and vendor relationship oversight
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in complex system troubleshooting
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional IT teams
- Knowledge of environmental technology sector is highly advantageous
