Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive remote IT support to HQ and outlet teams for POS systems and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues including hardware malfunctions, software conflicts, and connectivity problems
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices, servers, and peripheral equipment
- Monitor system performance and implement security measures to protect company data
- Document IT processes, incident reports, and technical solutions for knowledge base
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Train staff on IT best practices and system utilization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support with POS systems expertise
- Strong troubleshooting skills with TCP/IP, network protocols, and Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical staff
- Proven experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations
