Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and hardware across all restaurant locations.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems to ensure minimal downtime.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with external vendors for software licensing and hardware procurement.
- Assist in the rollout of new technologies and upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems and configurations.
- Train staff on the use of new systems and applications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or administration.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Experience with restaurant or retail technology is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cloud-based applications is advantageous.
