Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the school's local and wide area network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
- Provide comprehensive on-site technical support for hardware (PCs, laptops, printers) and software for staff and students.
- Administer and manage Microsoft Office 365 accounts, school management systems, and internal databases.
- Execute regular system backups and implement robust disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with external vendors for the procurement, maintenance, and repair of IT assets and equipment.
- Set up and manage audio-visual requirements and technical support for school events, assemblies, and virtual meetings.
- Monitor and enforce cybersecurity protocols and provide IT security awareness training to all staff members.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and document technical procedures and system configurations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server management, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall management.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to assist non-technical users.
- Certification in CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA A+ is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
